At GameLab, we want your console to reach you quickly and safely. Please review the details below. Delivery timelines shown are estimates* and by placing an order at checkout you confirm you have read and agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Order Processing (Dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Peak / Festive Season Notice: During peak periods (including major promotions and holiday seasons), processing and delivery timelines may be longer than the estimates shown below*.

We currently ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, and Australia.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@gamelabau.com within 24 hours of placing your order (include your order number).
If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Tracking
All orders include tracking, so you can follow your delivery progress.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe*, please contact us at support@gamelabau.com and we’ll help.
If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbours, reception/mailroom (if applicable), or your local delivery office first.
